Showtime Sean Davis has had to get over the disappointment of Gamal Yafai having to pull out of the title fight (Ankle Injury) and now focus on his new opponent Paul Economides. MGM Macklins gym Marbella caught up with Sean at the open train session in the bullring Birmingham.

Dexter's Thoughts

Sean seems ready and the switch in the opponent does no seemed to have bothered him, I have watched him train several times before and he always gives it 100%, Sean is 10 and 0 and will be looking to make it 11 and also win another title.

I would just like to apologize to Sean for not getting round to interviewing him myself for this big fight, it had been a busy few weeks before the show and due to work and logistics with Sean's training it didn't happen. Sean was the first Pro to be interviewed on the Birmingham Boxing Column and open the gates for more pro's to be interviewed. The Birmingham Boxing Column wish Sean good Luck in his fight and will be there to report on him winning another title.
