Round 3 saw Mitch pick up the pace and controlled the ring, Stevens did let his hands go In this round but looked tired. The final round saw Stevens move round the ring well and show some great skills to counter Mitch's attacks, good end to a good exhibition.

Fight 2

Ashley Silver Casey Blair

Super Middleweight

4 x 3

Silver was the more busier of the 2 fighters in the first round and got his Jab working well with some good combinations as well, Blair did catch Silver with the heavier shots but only on a few occasions. In the second Silver moved and worked well, working the head then the body with some cracking shots that frustrated Blair. Round 3 saw Silver continue his good work from the second round moving well and working the body, Blair from Northern Ireland battled away but was no match for the Chemsly Wood lad. The final round saw Silver turn up the pace and work Blairs body and head like a veteran, Blair had no answer for Silvers eye catching shots.

Fight 3

Matt Senn v Sima Volosonas

Cruiserweight

4 x 3

Senn came out strong banging in a verity of shots to Volosonas head and body, Volosonas fought back but Senn won the round easy. In the second the pace slowed but Senn continued his good work, Volosonas came back near the end of the round but just didn’t do enough. The third was pretty even with both fighters having joy catch each other with good shots, Senn looked in trouble at one point but composed himself and fought back well. The final round saw Volosonas control the round and counter well, Senn seemed to tire in this round.

Robinson came out strong and got some cracking shots off In the first round. Obselo fought back hard but was no match for D'Animal. The second was another great round, Robinson won the round but Obselo kept the fight entertaining by battling back well. Round 3 was another great round, with Robinson catching Obselo with some cracking shots to the body and head, Obselo kept the fight going by battling back. Fight 5

Sean Davis v Simas Volosonas

Super Bantamweight

6 x 3

Good first round with Davis controlling it with great movement, fast hands and great combinations. The second was the same with Davis having Volosonas over with a good right hand, Volosonas got up and made out he slipped but it was a clean KO. In the 3rd and the 4th Davis dominated the rounds with fast precise combinations, to Volosonas credit he stayed with It and didn’t buckle under the pressure from Davis. Davis seemed to take a rest and moved round the ring well popping out the jab and still winning the round with ease. In the sixth and final round Davis turned up the pressure again and went back to banging in some fast and heavy combinations to the head and body to end a very impressive performance.

Fight 6

Jordan Clayton v Adam Grabrec

8 x 3

Clayton dominated the first 4 rounds with a great work rate smart shot selections and good movement, Grabrec put up some resistance but Clayton cruised the first 4 rounds. In the 5th Grabrec had a go no tried to put some big shots together, Clayton stayed composed and got his own shots off to win the round. Round six and seven where controlled by Clayton with great ring craft and movement. In the 8th and final round Clayton banged in some racking combinations and I was shocked Grabrec didn’t fold under the pressure and power of Clayton.

Dexter's Thoughts

Really entertaining show with all aspects of boxing covered, Nathan Stevens done very well In his exhibition bout and was understandable disappointed it was his debut. But it has given him the chance to hone his skills in front of a big crowd and see what he need to work on.

Matt Senn looked good on his debut, but I think over did It In the first round as he seemed to tire in the forth round.

It was great to see Andrew Robinson back In the ring and looking very impressive Im sure It won't be long before he is back In the big fights as he attempts to reach his goal of becoming a British champion.

Sean Davis Impressed in his 6 rounder, it is great to see him boxing in the small hall arenas, but this is a boxer who should be fighting at big events for big titles and again I'm sure he will be back there very soon.

Jordan Clayton impressed again with a very good performance in a 8 round contest which he won with ease, I can defiantly see this young fighter going for British honours very soon.

The lad that really caught my eye was Ashley Silver, I had never heard of this lad and the way he boxed I was asking myself why, he really impressed me and I will be looking forward to watching him boxes again.
