Showy makes his Debut at the Prestigious York Hall

Showy makes his Debut at the prestigious York Hall

The United kingdom’s smallest professional boxer “Showy” Reiss Taylor will be making his long awaited professional debut at the prestigious York Hall Bethnal Green east London on Saturday 14th October. The former 2 times Midlands amateur Champ stands at 4 foot 11 is no stranger to York Hall as he won a National title there while fighting for Aston ABC.

Showy only got the news Tuesday and has snapped up the chance to make his pro debut, after I heard the news I contacted the 27 year old fighter and asked him how he was feeling about the short notice debut? He informed me “I feel relaxed, I have been waiting for this for a long time, I’m ready”. I then asked the Eastside boxer, how did he think his debut would go? He told me “I will out box him and win decisively, as long as I stick to the game plan”.

Dexter Thoughts

I so wish I could attend this show but unfortunately I am already committed to 2 boxing shows at Walsall Town Hall on the same weekend. I interviewed Showy last year and have been looking forward to seeing him make his debut, I have watched him spar on a number of occasions and have been impressed every time. Showy is a classy boxer and I have no doubt that he will win his debut. I wish him good luck and look forward to having him on Welcome to Fightden very soon.
