Boxxer Promotions held their Press conference for the Crowning Glory show which will be held at the Resorts World Arena Birmingham (6.5.23). The main event will be Joshua Buatsi taking on Pawel Stepien in a twelve-round contest. On the show, we have a host of Midlands fighters who will get to showcase their skills on a big stage and live on Sky Sports. Midland’s fighter on the cards you have from Lamington unbeaten Danny Quartermaine, former Light-Heavyweight British champ Shakan Pitters and in a tough rematch Birmingham’s Cori Gibbs will be taking on Jimmy First. Also, on the card you have the existing silver medallist Ben Whitaker, the twenty-five-year-old West Bromwich-born light Heavyweight fighter who will be having the third fight of his professional career. There are three Midlands fighters in title contests on this exciting show with hard-hitting Kaisee Benjamin fighting for the WBO European Super Lightweight title, English Middleweight champ Tyler Denny fighting for the vacant EEC Middleweight title, and ‘Bavo’ Kirstie Bavington taking on Lauren Price for the inaugural vacant British female welterweight title.
