It will be great to see Shakan getting into a ring on such a big stage again in his hometown of Birmingham. I have followed Shak’s career since the start when he made his debut in March of 2017 as a cruiserweight against Remigijus Ziausys winning on point. Just like his stable mate Kaisee Benjamin, I was the first person to interview him before he turned pro. He has done some in his career winning the Boxxer Tournament, claiming the English and then the British title and a WBC International title at Light-Heavyweight, and I think there is more to come. If Shakan wins this contest it will boost him back in the ranks and I could well see another crack at the British or a European title and who knows where he could go after that. I am really looking forward to seeing him back in the ring.'
